The Process
Your path home, step by step
Step 1: Set your budget
Before we fall in love with a kitchen, let's get clear on what feels comfortable for YOU: your monthly payment, your savings, and the life you want to keep living.
Step 2: Get pre-approved with a lender
I know… the dreaded paperwork. But a pre-approval shows sellers you're serious and tells us exactly where to look. I'll connect you with lenders I trust.
Step 3: Build your wish list
Bedrooms, schools, commute, a yard for the dog. We'll sort the must-haves from the nice-to-haves so every showing counts.
Step 4: Tour homes and find the one
I'll set up showings, point out what the photos don't show, and help you picture real life in every space. When it feels like home, you'll know.
Step 5: Make an offer and go under contract
I'll study recent sales and the market to build an offer that's strong without overpaying, then negotiate for you every step of the way.
Step 6: Inspections and final steps
Inspection, appraisal, final loan approval. This is where the small details matter most, and I'll keep everything moving and tell you what's next.
Step 7: Closing day
Sign, celebrate, and get your keys. A new chapter starts here, and by now, you are family.
